1. Dispatch Locations & Delivery Coverage

All orders placed on our website are dispatched directly from the central store and warehouse facility of MAMA TRADING COMPANY located at Govind Nagar, Near Sales Tax Office, District Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We provide delivery coverage throughout District Bijnor (including Najibabad, Chandpur, Kiratpur, Nagina, Noorpur, Seohara, Dhampur) and neighboring districts across western Uttar Pradesh.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold

• Free Delivery: All orders with a total subtotal of ₹50,000 or above qualify for 100% Free Delivery.
• Standard Freight: For orders below ₹50,000, a flat handling and delivery charge of ₹499 is applied to cover specialized heavy-item padding, wooden pallet crating, and insured transport.

3. Estimated Dispatch & Transit Timelines

• In-Stock Hardware: Verified orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are generally packed and dispatched within 24 hours.
• Local Bijnor Delivery: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours via our dedicated local fleet.
• Regional Outstation Delivery: 3 to 5 business days via reputed logistics partners (V-Trans, DTDC, Safechem Logistics).

4. Safe Handling of Heavy Solar Modules & Batteries

Solar panels and batteries require specialized material handling. Each solar panel consignment is secured with corner edge protectors and shock-absorbing corrugated sheets. Batteries are transported upright in sealed condition to prevent electrolyte spillage or terminal short-circuiting.

5. Tracking Your Consignment

Once your shipment is dispatched, a consignment tracking number and transporter name are updated in your customer portal under My Orders, and SMS/WhatsApp notifications are dispatched to your registered contact number.
